First Mortgage, Inc. (FMI), is pleased to offer internet access to allow viewing of current and prior year account histories. Once the form is received and processed by FMI you can log on to view up-to-date payment transactions. This will take 1-2 business days. After this setup period you can use the link above to view your online account. Information is updated each business day by 8 am AST.
Your ID is the FMI account or the Project number. For Project Log In remember to use P and your project number.
To download the Password Access Form, fill out and deliver to FMI CLICK HERE, or you can fill out the password form located on the Forms Page.
If you receive an invalid log in credentials notice, please wait 1 hour for the page to reset. You do not need to reset the password.

Payment Options
Payments can be made to First Mortgage by cash, money order, checks or over the phone/in person card payments. Online card processing is no longer available with First Mortgage.
Payments can be made in our office location at 121 W Fireweed Lane, Suite 150, Anchorage, AK 99503
Card processing will be subject to convenience fees of 2.55% of the amount processed.
Other options to make payments without a convenience fee would be by cash, check, money order, in person debit card processing or the ACH program.
The ACH program is available at no extra charge to make payments.
The ACH program requires 3 business days to verify information before funds can be processed. This program automates your payment on the same date of each month.
